Activation of “Real Roaming” Service is very simple and absolutely free of charge. In order to do so, you have to dial a USSD-command: . It is required to activate the service prior to departure from RT. You can make and receive calls in roaming mode if you have the balance of not less than 5 TJS.

You can top-up the balance while on roaming using:

• Express payment cards that are to be purchased prior to departure;
• “SMS Money” Service;
• Cash payment from within Tajikistan;
• Top Up Service from Agroinvestbank.

It is also important to remember that:

• Calls to information service of Tcell is chargeable and will be billed as an outgoing call to Tajikistan according to relevant tariffs of selected network (+992 93 5050000; +992 92 777777);
• It is also possible to make use of free “Call Me” Service while on roaming mode. This service allows sending messages to the Tcell subscribers with a request to call back. In order to do so, it is required to dial:  992[operator’s code][subscriber’s number]
