Public lecture by Mindaugas Ubartas Tcell CEO was conducted in The Tajik National University.

Students from the Faculty of International Relations attended the interactive workshop on leadership in the modern world. Mindaugas was asked many questions - students were interested in his personal experience, practical knowledge and the path to success.

From their side students of TNU made a tour around the University and introduced to Mindaugas own television channel - «TV Diplomat".
