Re-registration - only one month left!

In pursuance of the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the procedure and requirements for connecting to telecommunications networks" No. 207-7 dated 30.04.2016, "Indigo Tajikistan" CJSC (Tcell) actively conducts free re-registration of subscribers throughout the territory of Tajikistan.

The purpose of the Government Decree and the re-registration of all subscribers is to streamline the process of selling SIM cards and connecting customers to electrical communication networks. The process of re-registration will ultimately help to ensure the security of the country and to confront terrorist threats.

All customers who did not re-register should go to the nearest Tcell Customer Service Center. The procedure for re-registration is carried out in the presence of a passport of a citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan (identification card), or the founder documents of a legal entity.
The procedure of re-registration is free of charge and takes no more than a few minutes.
In case the customer for any reason does not pass the re-registration process, the company will be forced to block the SIM card.

If you use a SIM card that is not in your name, you can re-register it on you, and you will just need to answer the operator for a few simple questions. If the SIM card is registered in your name, but you are outside the Republic of Tajikistan, your authorized representative in Tajikistan (who has the Power of attorney for representation in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan) can apply to the company's service centers on your behalf and go through re-registration. In this case, it will be necessary to present an appropriate Power of Attorney to the operator.
Re-registration also applies to SIM cards used for the Internet.
The term of re-registration is set until the end of April 2017; it remains only one month to have time to re-register your SIM cards. The process of re-registration is very simple:

  • Come to the nearest Tcell service office
  • Bring a passport or ID card with you
  • Contact the operator by calling the SIM card numbers that you need to re-register
  • Keep using your numbers, avoiding blocking them


For the convenience of our customers, Tcell has extended the schedule of some of the service centers, and you can check the list of these service centers by calling the Call Center at 7070.

All customers of the company must pass the re-registration process.  But, some subscribers, unfortunately, do not have the possibility to come to the service centers, due to their limited capabilities. For the convenience of our customers, Tcell organized a "Shop on the Wheels," which travels to specific institutions and our representatives conduct re-registration on the ground.

To avoid blocking the SIM card and losing your number, make sure to go through re-registration in the next weeks.
