Mindaugas Ubartas, Tcell CEO  participates in the panel session at Youth Entrepreneurship Forum hosted by Hyatt Regency hotel today.

He shared his success stories and failures in their business activities with the audience.

Participants of the forum were active entrepreneurs and those who are planning to start a business in the future. 

This forum has become part of the development of the Project and to strengthen the capacity of young people, covering the whole country. The program is organised by the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Secretariat of the Consultative Council on Improvement of Investment Climate under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, with the support of the World Bank.
