The results of the Central Asian Independent Award in the field of event marketing “Event Awards Central Asia” have been announced. The Event Awards Central Asia is a professional Central Asian Independent Award, which is awarded for creative achievements in the field of event marketing. The prize is awarded to the most successful projects implemented during the last year in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
This year, about 60 projects from the largest organizations of the region working in the field of event marketing competed for the Gold Award. Evaluation of projects was carried out by an independent jury of the most respected actors of the event industry, heads of HR, PR and marketing departments of companies in Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Latvia, Slovakia and Moldova, as well as representatives of professional media and artists.

We enriched the product promotion content with emotional stories that showed the best aspects of both countries. "Silver" award in the category "The best social project", went to the project "Reading together", created by Asia Plus radio station with Tcell support. In June 2018, Asia Plus and Tcell visited more than 350 children from 4 orphanages and boarding schools in Dushanbe. Famous Tajik musicians came to the children deprived of parental warmth and attention, and together with the children, they uncovered a treasury of fairy tales, poems and stories.
The project helped the children understand that they are very significant in this world. Famous singers, whom the children saw only on TV screens, came to visit them, read fairy tales, spent time with them, played games and sang songs together. November 16, 2018 is a historic day for the whole Tajikistan! On President’s Day, which is celebrated annually on this day, the first unit of the Rogun hydropower plant was officially launched, which means that a huge step has been taken towards the fulfillment of one of the Strategic goals for the sustainable development of the country's economy - ensuring the energy independence of Tajikistan! In 2015, the project began as a series of small meetings with speeches of the company's employees for the public. With each month, the project was expanding, involving many coaches, speakers, and specialists from various fields, including international experts. Leila Amongossova played with the audience in a business game, where with concrete examples she showed how to build value reference points for the team. Rustam Khojaev and Komil Radjabov, representatives of the Tajikistan Oracle User Group, told how the Tajik IT community is developing.
The project “Open Forum in Tcell” was awarded at the international level: in November and December 2016, the project received two major international awards: the Best Educational Event on EACA Award (Event Awards Central Asia) and the Best Social Event on Global Events Award. At that time, the Open Forums project was recognized as one of the best educational projects among 84 projects from 11 countries submitted for the competition.

The topic of the TEDxFSCJ discussion in Dushanbe were Fearless Innovations, and the choice of topic was not accidental. Technological progress is moving fast forward every minute of our lives. It penetrates deeply into the everyday life of people, makes social changes, helps to develop business, culture, thoughts and ideas in a better, progressive direction.

In Dushanbe, three speakers united with speakers from the United States through an online broadcast to discuss the topic of “Fearless Innovation.” Tajikistan was represented by Abdullo Kurbanov (entrepreneur, founder and director of Alif Capital), Nasiba Mirpochoeva (social entrepreneur and community leader) and Abdurakhmon Abdurashidov (Founder of Durandesh IT Company). Kalai Sankar (Founder of Shiva Robotics Academy) and Jane Landon (Senior Vice President of Web.Com) were online from the United States.
The speakers talked about personal experience during the discussion: how they are trying to change the world through innovation, expanding and transforming the boundaries of the known. They shared the difficulties that every start-up entrepreneur inevitably faces, told how they managed to overcome doubts and fears, what motivates them to create changes for society.

At the end of each Stage, the rating data of each Participant will summed up, and a final rating is formed, based on which the Winners of the Quiz Stage are determined.

Each correct answer brings 10 points; incorrect answers do not erase points.
