Roaming is an opportunity to stay connected anywhere in the world without changing your SIM card.

We offer two convenient solutions:

Real roaming —this is a service that allows you to fully use your phone number outside the Republic of Tajikistan, if necessary, connect and disconnect the service yourself via USSD commands, or through the My Tcell application.
Easy roaming —this is a roaming service intended for use outside the Republic of Tajikistan, with the exception of the following border countries: Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan. The subscriber is given the opportunity to independently connect and disconnect the service via USSD commands, or through the My Tcell application.

The tariffs and service availability in the selected countries for 'Real Roaming' and 'Easy Roaming' services are identical.

The advantage of using the 'Easy Roaming' service is that it prevents automatic registration on the networks of roaming partners from neighboring countries when the subscriber is in Tajikistan near the borders with Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, or Afghanistan, thus avoiding unwanted roaming charges.

How to activate the 'Real Roaming' service?

Top up your balance with 5 somoni or more.
Dial USSD command 601*1# to activate, 601*2# to deactivate.
Check tariffs and international dialing rules.

The service must be activated before leaving Tajikistan. Activation and deactivation are free of charge.

Important information!

Disconnection threshold: If the balance reaches 58 dirams or lower, the service will be blocked. It will automatically resume upon topping up 5 somoni or more.

Roaming tariffing: Charges are made in real time. Incoming SMS is free, other services are charged according to the tariffs listed here.

Free “Call Me” service:Allows you to send a callback request to Tcell subscribers.

Important details:

For callers from Tajikistan, your number in roaming is not considered international.
Activated services (internet packages, bonus minutes, content services) are not valid in roaming.
Calls to the customer service hotline are charged as outgoing calls to Tajikistan.
It is recommended to disable call forwarding and the “Always Available” service before traveling, as they may incur additional charges.
