3. Incoming and outgoing mobile Internet traffic within the Service for Tcell Subscribers is not charged if the Service is connected.

4. When the Subscriber uses the Internet traffic of third-party operators, incoming and outgoing Internet traffic is charged according to the established tariffs of third-party operators.
