The company Tcell commenced the selection of participants for the project "Innovation for a change." This project is conducted the second year in Tcell. About 30 students and young people participated in a selection process. Among them, the most active and entrepreneurial ones will be selected and will undergo training programs and master classes on the basics of entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, technology, innovation, and leadership, will meet with the successful young entrepreneurs for two weeks.

In an interview, the participants presented the short motivational speech about themselves and their expectations from the training in front of a jury.   The panel, consisting of representatives of the organizers of the project, companies - Tcell, AmCham, American Councils, Sheraton hotel, will strictly and objectively assess the readiness of participants to work as a team to create an innovative product.

This is the first experience in the development of concepts of social entrepreneurship in Tajikistan. Selected students will also have the opportunity to develop their innovative ideas for companies organizing the project. The aim of the practical work of students will be the creation of the complete product plan, which will include a component of the solution of one or more social problems in Tajikistan.

The speakers program will be the leaders and heads of the leading companies in Tajikistan, international organizations, international experts and business leaders of the country. The format of training will not be familiar: students will not receive the usual lectures and "instructions": the entire forum will be held in the interactive mode, and the game form.

The forum will begin on August 1 and will last until 12 August. All participants will receive a certificate of completion of training under the program "Innovation for Change", and the most active and successful students will get additional recognition.
