When considering complaints we keep absolute confidentiality, integrity, neutrality, objectivity and, wherever possible, contribute to the early resolution of problems.
Our goal - to resolve in place the complaints received. If for any reason, it is impossible to resolve your complaint while the call, the trouble ticket is created in a special program for further review and resolution. When problem is solved our representative will give you the appropriate information. If you wish to obtain information about the progress of the complaint, you can call to Call center 7070.
Regardless of the type of complaint to resolve the problem, our representatives should clarified additional details. In case of electronic application, please specify the following: full name of subscriber/the person who applies, the phone number on which problem occurred, contact number, e-mail (if available), depending on the type of complaint we may request other additional details.
